Your first appointment with Audio Recovery will take about one hour. We will discuss the type and technology of hearing aids that would be appropriate for your hearing loss and your hearing needs. If you decide to order the hearing aids at this time, an impression of your ears will be made and a $100 non-refundable fitting fee will be due.

The hearing aids generally are delivered in two weeks. You will be scheduled to return for another one hour appointment to have the hearing aids fitted and programmed. This appointment will begin your 30 day assessment period. You can test the advantages and disadvantages of amplification in the real world. The assessment period also gives you valuable time to adjust to the devices. During this time, the audiologist will be available to help advise you and adjust the instruments.

On the day you receive your hearing aids, you have three options for payment, we will need to know which option you choose prior to ordering the hearing aids.

1. If you choose to pay for your hearing aids in full at this appointment, you will receive a two year supply of complimentary batteries if you decide to keep the hearing aids. If you find that you are unable to derive benefit from the hearing instruments, and return them in good condition within thirty days of the original fitting, you will be refunded all of your money with the exception of the $100 non- refundable fitting fee. We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, Master, and Discover Card.
2. You can choose to pay for the hearing instruments at the end of the assessment period. We process a credit check through our finance department. If your credit is approved, you can wear the hearing instruments for the 30 day assessment period, without paying upfront. We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, Master, and Discover Card.
   You will not receive the complimentary batteries with this option.
3. BancFirst has a program to finance hearing aids. They offer a 3 year, 6% rate. You can finance the price of the hearing aids through them but the $100 will be due the day of your order. If you decide to return the hearing aids within the 30 day adjustment period, we will return the funds to BancFirst. We will provide you an application at the end of your appointment if you are interested. With this option, we must receive payment from BancFirst before we will order your hearing aids. You will receive the complimentary batteries with this option.
