Doctor of Audiology

Dr. Cuddeback has been an audiologist at Audio Recovery since 2014. She did her externship at Hough Ear Institution. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders as well as a Master of Audiology degree from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. She also holds a Doctor of Audiology degree from Salus University.

Dr. Depp has been a member of the Audiology Team at Audio Recovery since 1994. He began his career as a civil engineer and became interested in Audiology when he met Dr. J.V.D. Hough, M.D. at the Hough Ear Institute in Oklahoma City in 1991. Dr. Depp graduated with a Master of Science in Audiology from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. He also holds a Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of Florida.

Audiologist

Jeri Mills is originally from Aurora, Colorado and received her Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders from Colorado State University. She went on to complete her Master of Science from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.

Dr. Stueve is an Oklahoma City native. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English from the Northwestern Oklahoma State University, a master’s degree from the University of Oklahoma in Communication Sciences and Disorders and her Doctorate in Audiology from Salus University.

Nell Wilson is a native of the great state of Mississippi where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Mississippi. She obtained her Master of Arts degree from the University of Memphis.

Becky Kromer, Certified/Licensed Audiology Assistant

Becky started with Audio Recovery in 2009 as a Patient Coordinator. She became an Audiology Assistant in 2019, after becoming certified through Nova Southeastern University. She enjoys serving patients in helping with their hearing needs.

Becky grew up on an acreage in Midwest City helping her parents with their family-owned feed and tack store. She was offered a rodeo scholarship in Big Spring, TX, where she started her general studies in college. She also attended UCO in Edmond where she studied Allied Health. Becky began working in the medical field at a young age; gaining knowledge in many aspects of medicine; including hospital setting, physical therapy clinic, physician clinic, as well as, dental.

Becky is married to her high school sweetheart. They have two young adult daughters. She enjoys being outdoors, gardening, bike riding, and going on long walks.

Elizabeth Shoemaker, Patient Coordinator

Elizabeth loves people! She grew up in Tulsa; the second oldest of seven kids. Music was a big part of her growing up, a piano and violin jam session continues to be a highlight of family get togethers.

Elizabeth has traveled extensively for missions to four continents, she loves meeting new people, learning about their culture, and sharing the hope in Christ with them. She is currently involved working with the youth at her church in Edmond.

She’s usually up for grabbing coffee or Boba with a friend. She can often be found outdoors kayaking, cycling, playing pickleball, or getting in a game of volleyball with friends. Elizabeth’s other hobbies include, reading leadership books and podcast, learning new construction skills remodeling her home.

Elizabeth has served as a Patient Coordinator since Fall of 2020; she enjoys welcoming and serving the patients in our office.

Meggan Mott, Patient Coordinator

Meggan is one of our Patient Coordinators who has worked as a part of the front desk team since June 2021. She is originally from Pine Bluff, AR, but moved to Oklahoma in her childhood.

Music, traveling, and being with family/friends are her passions. She has five siblings between her parents, and she’s always looking for new movie suggestions. She really enjoys movies. She values helping people and making sure they leave Audio Recovery with a smile on their face!
Marcia Freeman, Patient Coordinator

Marcia has worked as a Patient Coordinator with our front desk team since October 2023. She has a great love for helping people.

She is originally from Arkansas and has moved around the US doing ministry for the past 30 years.

Her passion is Women’s ministry but also still has a great love for Missions.

She graduated from Ouachita Baptist University with a BA in Missions and Sociology.

Her free time is spent studying the Bible and how it has affected the world throughout history.

She loves to read old history books and watch documentaries about other cultures, biblical archeology, and history.

She disciples women in developing a deeper walk with Christ through diving deeper into God’s word and through encouraging women to develop true friendships with one another. Her motto is “No one was meant to do life alone”.

Joy Daniels, Insurance Coordinator

Joy is an Insurance Coordinator who has worked for Audio Recovery since May 2021. Joy is originally from Altus AFB, OK. She has a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education and an Associate of Science in Medical Billing and Coding.

She is an active member of the First Baptist Church of Midwest City where she teaches Kindergarten and 1st grade Sunday School.

Joy has three grown daughters, one granddaughter, and several furry kittens and puppies. Joy loves traveling and spending time with her friends and family.

Amber Cromack, Accountant & Insurance Coordinator

Amber is our bookkeeper and one of our insurance coordinators.  She joined the Audio Recovery team in January 2022 after moving back to Oklahoma to be closer to family. 

She has an eye for detail, a head for numbers and a heart for service.

As a wife to an Army veteran since 2006, she has lived and volunteered in areas all over the United States. She and her husband have one daughter and two fur kids at home.

Amber enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She has a habit of collecting hobbies and special interests.

There is always something new to learn about, even if there aren’t enough hours to master it!

She loves to bake, curl up with a dog for a snuggle, read an interesting book, or watch a favorite movie on the weekend.

Stuart Long, Technician

Technician

Stuart Long is our full-time technician and has been working at Audio Recovery since 2012. Stuart has been factory trained to service and perform minor repairs on our patient’s hearing instruments.

Stuart and his wife, Grace, are actively involved at Henderson Hills Baptist Church and their international ministry.
Karren Brown, Inventory Coordinator

Karren Brown is an Inventory Coordinator that has worked at Audio Recovery since 2013. Karren lives in Midwest City and is an active member of St. Matthew United Methodist Church where she teaches 4th & 5th grade Sunday school and plays in the handbell choir.

Karren is an avid baker, with a passion for a very old European cookie called “Springerle”. She spends as much time as she can with her 4 nephews and 6 nieces, loves to travel and makes time every year for a vacation to someplace fun! She loves to play board games with her family, grow fresh herbs & make homemade ice cream.

Steve is one of the newer members of the Audio Recovery team joining in 2020. After finishing his degree from Oklahoma State University he began his career as an entrepreneur. He started his own business and later graduated from University of Central Oklahoma with a Master’s in Business Administration.

Steve ran his own business for 15 years before joining the Audio Recovery team.

Steve is married and has 2 daughters.

He loves people and gets the greatest joy from connecting with people. He has volunteered with a local group for over 13 years that welcomes international students and helps minister to their needs. He has also participated in several short-term mission trips and truly loves building relationships.

He greatly enjoys traveling and exploring new places. He has always enjoyed the great outdoors and finds much satisfaction in camping, hiking, fishing, swimming and almost all outdoor activities.
